Abstract

In addressing global challenges, the study looked at the relationship between strategic administration and venture profitability. The primary goal of this study was to provide similar evidence on the effects of strategic management (SM) on the overall performance of Nigerian manufacturing industries. Five large-scale publicly traded manufacturing firms in Asaba were chosen. The study relied on accepted primary data and a structured questionnaire administered to 50 randomly selected respondents from the selected firms. In order to meet the study’s specific objectives, the statistics gathered were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), correlation evaluation, and descriptive analysis. The findings revealed that strategic management had a significant impact on the profitability and operational performance of the selected manufacturing firms.
